Papers: All conference papers are reviewed. Accepted papers will be published in the Book of proceedings at the beginning of conference. An electronic version of the Book of proceedings will be available on the conference website.
Papers should be adjusted according to the IEEE Conference Proceedings Templates. Requirements for conference papers:

• the size of the paper should be 3-4 full A4 pages;
• the paper should be prepared using LaTeX or MS Word and submitted with a pdf-version together;
• additions to requirements of the IEEE Conference Proceedings Templates:
• the volume of each abstract is 150-250 words;
• in non-English papers the title, authors, abstract, keyword list and references should be duplicated in English.
